As part of UCSF's construction on the Mission Bay campus, this project combines two blocks originally planned for a student dorm and sports facility into one building, and seeks to maximize the potential of this ordinary neighborhood, to solve the flood risk in Mission Bay on a large scale, and use the space of these blocks to complete the water treatment and storage in the area.
